3. Custom Product & User Content Rules

linovagoods specializes in personalized custom gifts, including custom blankets, photo mugs, Christmas ornaments, and home decor items. You may upload photos, names, texts, and other content (“User Content”) for customization.

You agree that:

• You own all rights or have obtained full legal permission to use any photos, images, text, and personal content you upload.

• You will not upload copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or illegal content.

• You release linovagoods from all liability regarding the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of your custom design.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or remove any custom order that contains inappropriate, infringing, or harmful content at our sole discretion.

4. Order Acceptance & Pricing

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to final acceptance by linovagoods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including incorrect pricing information, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

All product prices displayed on the Site are final and subject to change without prior notice. We are not liable for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or technical display errors.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to provide valid, current, and complete payment information. All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all orders you place.

6. Production & Shipping

All products are custom-made on demand. Production time and shipping time are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to design verification, material supply, logistics, holidays, or customs processing.

linovagoods is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, damaged items caused by courier services, or customs duties and taxes applicable to international orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We only offer replacement or partial refund for products with verified production defects, printing errors, or quality issues caused directly by our team. Customers must provide clear photo evidence within 7 days of delivery for any quality claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, designs, and brand elements of linovagoods, are the intellectual property of the brand and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any of our brand assets without written consent.

9. Site Usage Rules
